I know the heartache of chasing crumbs of love. For years I mistook mixed signals for passion, overanalyzed every text, and compared myself to every woman he followed on social media. My stomach dropped when he pulled away, yet I begged God to take away the pain. Deep down, I believed: “I’ll finally be happy when he chooses me."

By 2018, I hit rock bottom. I couldn’t eat, sleep, or focus. I knew I wasn’t the only one in his life, and I was done. That breaking point cracked me open. Therapy gave me space to vent, but the patterns stayed—until I felt God’s presence reminding me it was time to choose myself.

Since then, I’ve rebuilt from the inside out. I trust my body’s no, I speak my truth, and I spot emotional unavailability instantly. I no longer chase after love that won’t choose me—because my worth is not up for debate.
